Tribute to my Uncle Charlie. World War I soldier Charles Nazaire Yelle served as an MP in France. After the war he went fishing, worked as a guard at Washington State Penitentiary, then at McCaw Hospital, and lastly at the Veterans Hospital in Walla Walla.
