Green Park School gymnasium was razed and eleven houses were removed/relocated from the newly acquired property along Division and Isaacs Streets in order to begin the expansion and rennovation of the original old building in 1994-95.

 

Marcus House at 210 Marcus Street and its large annex built in 1967 for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity were both razed in 2024 for new construction.

Walla Walla Brewing Company building (aka "the castle") became Pioneer Brewery in 1944, then Northwest Brewing Company at the time it was razed in 1958.
