Marvin Vance Allen, the previously unnamed World War I soldier who was in many Walla Walla Parades in the 1950s and 1960s is now positively identified by his great-niece Susan Timmons Queen. Six file photos by the Union-Bulletin followed by six from Susan Queen's family albums.
